Day 2 in Paris - what a wonderful day!

We had such a good day together and really feel like we saw a nice part of the city. We started off by going half way up the Eiffel Tower (I was too wimpy to go any higher...) The view was fantastic - very fun just being there and a part of it. We then took the metro to Champ Elyssé and ate amazing macaroons at a beautiful café - we all agreed that they are the best cookies we have ever tasted.....moved on to the Louvre where we saw the Mona Lisa and the Egyptian mummies.....from there to Notre Dame and dinner in the Latin Quarter. Yes, I know - very American trying to see Paris in a day - we know there is much more to see and do and we look forward doing it someday :) But for now - This day in Paris with Daniel and Erik is a day I am going to cherish forever.
