Beach Food - Snow-cones

It seems almost sacrilegious to talk of snow while in Mexico, but there is nothing better than a hand-shaved snow-cone after a couple of games of volleyball on the beach. Three of our regular beach players enjoy orange, cherry, and pineapple cones shaved straight from a huge block of ice held in a wheelbarrow that an enterprising man pushes through the sand each day.
