No Parking

I have long maintained that rules in Mexico are more suggestions rather than actual commands (which is a big part of why we love it here, people are responsible for their own actions and the consequences of those actions). Nowhere is this attitude more apparent than in parking. Vehicles park absolutely everywhere, even right next to a no parking sign. I don't know if parking tickets are issued, but I'm certain if the person who owns this truck were to get one it would be paid as a matter of course.
