I heard about Blipfoto from an acquaintance who is a member. I am an extremely keen but totally inexperienced photographer from near Bristol, willing to give it my best shot! Any help and advice welcome. 
Retired with lots of spare time, mainly spent reading and lately creating a new garden I have inherited, despite a back complaint, surgery imminent!
Two sons, both abroad, one teaching English in Vietnam, the other in Sydney, with my three grand children and four great grandchildren.
Visiting them in November 2015 for my son's 50th birthday.
Hope I can produce some daily original  and interesting blips.
Up date August 2015.
At 100 blips, I am learning so much, and enjoying seeing other blips from the most talented people.
I am recovering from the surgery on my spine in May 2015 and hopefully will be getting out and about more as time goes by and blipping more varied subjects. And time possibly to think about a proper camera!!

Have reached my goal of 365 blips, and what an amazing experience it has been....."met" some wonderful and inspiring people on here, who have helped so much with their advice and support......I am addicted now and will continue the journey although may have the odd day off !!

4 years of blipping and still going strong...time constraints mean I am not able to comment as much as I would like to. 
Time to update my avatar !!

And now it is May 2020....5 years on Blip and a new Avatar, plus an new grandson B, born to my son G in Vietnam in December 2019, and a new great granddaughter born in Oz on the same day

And July 2020 .. another new avatar, and Covid 19 all over the world!!

Friday13th August 2021, and a move to South Yorkshire...New beginnings and adventures.

3rd August 2023 and 8 years blipping.
