Hi everyone

I just bought my first bridge camera this week and I am currently trying to work out all of the bells and whistles on it. I'll be the first to admit its not the best but it is giving me something to take my first steps into photography with!

About me......I have always be interested in photos and am amazed by the power capturing a moment in time can have on your memories and in re-creating a moment. They are timeless, personal pieces of art.

I have decided to try to turn this into some sort of career - I am going to need practice (and a better camera) I know but we all have to start somewhere. My inspiration actually came when I got married earlier this year and our wedding photographer was just amazing, if I can create work half as good as hers I will be happy!

So feel free to comment.....be gentle with me........but any constructive feedback would be welcome.
