I am an international touring guitarist/composer with my own record label. I am originally from New York State, but have been living in a seaside town in southwest Scotland for the past eleven years.

I have been getting more and more into photography over the past year and a half, partly because the place where I find myself living cries out to be photographed, partly because I travel a lot and so get to see so many beautiful places, but mostly because I find it relaxing and enjoyable...and an excellent way to communicate and stay in touch with my social networks on Facebook, Twitter and G+.

I would very much like to get better at it. I think the blipfoto concept of a keeping daily photo journal is an excellent way towards that goal.
