I live near Hebden bridge in the South Pennines and I take mainly landscape photographs whilst out walking. I heard about Blipfoto from Joan Thirlaway (After the Rain) when we met in Winshields cafe last August. The South Pennines is not a National Park or an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but not too many people realise that it is equal to both. As I work full time in Manchester I shall be for the most part a weekend blipper. i admire the work of Fay Godwin and of course Ansel Adams.
