This journal was started whilst I was working in Nepal with VSO, an independent international development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty in developing countries. My placement came to an end in March 2012, but if you are interested in what I did there, here's a link to my blog which has more photos and thoughts about my time in Nepal ...although as of now is likely to contain a less coherent set of ideas and images...
Photography has been a constant companion throughout my life. Largely self taught, and therefore not particularly "structured" in my approach, I've tried to take photographs of people, places and things that inspire and interest me....
