Life seems to fly by in a whirlwind of work and chores. I need to remind myself more often that the world is beautiful and there are lots of simple pleasures in life and that every day has either a laugh, a beautiful sight, a special moment, something delicious, something amazing, a wonderful surprise or occasionally, something there are no words for - so this year I want to try and record more of them and to reflect on how lucky I am. I'm not much of a photographer but I will enjoy doing this.
