I've started with photography as a tool to document my climbing and mountaineering trips. While seeing all those amazing places, I felt the need to somehow capture those views, and the obvious way to do it was through photography.

Nevertheless, after buying my first reflex (Canon AE-1) back in 2002, I realized that I enjoyed photography not only connected to climbing, but as a hobby by itself.

Nowadays, due to the ease of working with digital photography, most of my pictures are taken with either a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28 or a Canon EOS 500D.
