My interest in photography started when I studied Fine Arts at University in New Brunswick, Canada. I enjoyed spending hours in the darkroom developing my own photographs and using a variety of different format cameras.

I now reside in Edinburgh, Scotland and bought my first DSLR in Jan 2011and have been learning how to apply my knowledge of hand developing photos to digitally editing my photos.

I enjoy taking photos regularly. I took up the daily photo challenge to inspire myself to be more creative by exploring subjects that are in my daily life. The experience of blipfoto has had many more benefits then I could have ever imagined.
