I first became interested in Photography when trying to take pictures of my Son Alex playing fast moving sports like Rugby, Cricket and Hockey.  I had a basic compact camera that could not cope.

A Canon 450 SLR followed, plus a longer lens. I soon realised i needed to go on a course or two and was not long before the equipment list grew.

When Alex finished school I concentrated on my other passion of Sailing, again a fast moving action sport. 

I would describe my self as an enthusiastic amateur with ambitions to improve all the time.
