I currently live in Cumbria - the Eden Valley - but my roots are in West Yorkshire and I still, after many years, find it difficult to adjust to rural life and often crave the city.

My journal is, as it always has been, a record of one moment on one particular day - something I have seen or done or pondered on. You won’t find many pretty pictures or views here, despite living so close to the hills, but you may find stories or things of interest. If they interest you, then I would love to know, but otherwise just pass by. I follow many journals, some Blippers have become real friends, but I only comment if I have something to say.
