some people in this world seem to be wanderers, and other homebodies. some wish to spread their wings and find splendor in exotic destinations, untouched cultures. others deepen their roots, constantly creating their perfect community right where they started. i find myself constantly swaying between the two extremes. seeking ways to actively participate in cultures and explore places vastly different from those of my roots. seeking ways to strengthen both the communities i find myself a temporary part of and those i will forever consider home. seeking longevity in the relationships that matter most.
