I've been a runner for 6 years. I started by panting through 60 seconds then built up to series of 4 half marathons. Last year was very quiet with a 10k in June. With too much going on in real life I failed to get out running at all between September and the end of the year. 2015  - and the fitness quest takes off again with Blips to keep me company on the way.
