I'm originally from North East England before I headed up to St Andrews for my undergraduate degree in biology. I fell in love with Scotland and miss it dearly - I really do enjoy all the pictures I get to see of it on here. However, for now I am in Cambridge starting my PhD in plant-pollination biology, which is another fantastic place to live and study. 

I enjoy kayaking, hill walking, and running when I have the time to do them!
