Abouts, Biographies, Profiles have always been difficult for me, but I'll give it a shot.

I have a passion for photography; I have archived every film, and negative/positive captured --- they number in the thousands.

My very first camera was a handed-down Polaroid Swinger (1981). From there, I purchased a MINOLTA X-7A Outfit 35mm SLR (1985), Konica-Minolta DiMAGE A200 dSLR (2004), Canon Rebel Ti 300 SLR (2004), and most recent workhorse, a Nikon D200 Outfit dSLR (2007).

I shoot primarily in RAW Format/Manual mode, occasionally in Aperture/Shutter modes, but never in Program mode. As for White Balance, I use Color Temperature (K).

My digital darkroom contains Nikon Capture NX for Histogram analysis and resizing my photos for JPEG output, Adobe Photoshop CS2 for "creative" photo editing, and Adobe Lightroom for photo archiving.

Jeff Koser, a pro photographer, states (I agree 100%): "Photoshop is not a crutch for poor photography."
