I decided to give Blip a try after staying with a cousin who also blips!
I am a retired farmer but still very much involved on the fringes of agriculture. My son runs an Agricultural Contracting business which keeps both myself and Mr Tbay very busy to say the least. He is married with three children , and I also have a daughter who lives in a barn conversion next door to us and is working in Property Management. My passions in life are the countryside and farming, both of which I have lived with all my life. I have a large garden which together with Mr Tbay we enjoy. I also enjoy all forms of cooking, and get great pleasure out of cooking for freinds and family when ever I can. My other hobby is building family trees which I do on a semi professional basis. Lastly I am a Field Officer for our local Young Farmers , my involvement in which gives me a deal great fun.
We have a flock of Beltex and Welsh Badger sheep, a bunch of useless hens and several horses.
I have now completed two volumes of my blips covering the first couple of years and this is a fantastic record of life at the farm. This is really why I started as I wanted a pictorial record of life here.
