60 + 10 + 7  = crikey, that's scary.  Retired and a keen amateur photographer.  Annoying to be out walking with due to the frequency of stops to take photos.

I started with a small Panasonic Lumix, then upped my game to an Olympus EM10, and a couple of years later I added an Olympus EM1.  Upgraded again to the OM-1 but kept the others, including JJ's EM5.  The windowsill is full.  My passion is insect and bird photography.

I am a member of Bedford Camera Club.

I love walking (climbed Ben Nevis in 2012 and trudged up Snowdon in Aug. 2014), finished the Cornish coast path in 2019, meeting friends, family research and holidays, but there's not enough of those.

Blip continues to be an important part of my life;  it’s a very special community.
