Now retired from the Stone-masonry industry.
I am an avid Spurs fan and am happiest sat behind my carp rods or out walking and bird spotting. I retired this year and joined the local RSPB and go out with them on a regular basis. I found it the best way to increase my knowledge of birds.

Photography was a new hobby for me this year and I started with a Canon EOS 500D and a telephoto 70-300 mm lens. I found it cumbersome on long walks and decided to exchange it for a Canon SX50 HS bridge camera. Not for the keener photographer but suited to my style.
Have since purchased another DSLR in the form of a Nikon D3300 and have 2 lenses. A Sigma 104mm macro lens and a 150-500 Sigma zoom lens.
I am enjoying this Blipfoto lark but am struggling to find an inspiring shot during the bad weather.
Had a long break from Blipfoto as it didn't work on my old computer with XP...tragic I know but now have a laptop with windows 10
