Having spent half of 2013 in Santander, Spain, I worked in in the Snowdonia national park, teaching in a geography field centre and walking the hills until returning to Edinburgh to continue my studies.
Why blip? There is something beautiful in normal things, in the everyday. I love to look at the slow transition of time, and by going back through blips you can see changes in everything, right down to yourself. Seeing a photo and a few words brings a whole day straight back, and by blipping regularly, it becomes possible to recollect huge swathes of time in detail that would otherwise be impossible. I love to see what other people share, what other lives are like, and blip offers an intimacy and community of photographers like no other.
Blip was recommended to me by my friends down at Falmouth Uni.
I've got a dSLR but looking to upgrade, as it's now way past it's prime...
