I enjoy photography and am continually amazed at the photographs on Blip. I am a beginner and hope to learn and get better at photography with time, practice and patience. Above all, I have fun!

A couple of years ago I saw a stunning photograph of the moon (my favorite subject) and couldn't get it out of my mind. My goal in purchasing a DSLR camera was to have the ability to take a decent picture of the moon. I haven't tackled that yet but, there's time...

I find that when I'm out and about it's easier more convenient to snap pictures using my iPhone even though I feel a bit like it's cheating.

In my year on Blip I've taken less than 100 photographs myself but I've admired at least three times that. I find the Blip community to be inspiring, positive and supportive!
