August 1014 update: Living in Devon, I've been retired from primary school teaching for two and a half years now. Surprisingly after 32 years, I don't miss it at all. I'm really enjoying the opportunity to take lots of pictures and having the time to edit and catalogue them. I'm producing a few photo greeting cards, which sell about nine a month in the local shop and postcards of the local area.

I particularly enjoy landscape, nature and macro photography and can get a bit obsessive about catching insects and birds in flight. However, I'm quite happy to take pictures of most things - even people, when asked.
