My name is Peggy Lee - my husband, Chris, and I recently returned home to New York from an extended assignment overseas in Hong Kong and China. For the past 14 years, we've been traveling back and forth across the globe between the US and Asia, and along the way have made many friends and joined up with family (and friends who have become family) on both sides of the world.
Chris and I don’t have a drop of Asian blood between us, so we soaked up as much of the culture as we could while living overseas - sometimes willingly, sometimes reluctantly, but always with our eyes wide open. It’s been an experience of a lifetime, to be sure.
My friend Deb turned me onto this site several years ago, and since then I’ve found that recording images of our day-to-day life has helped to slow down the clock a bit; most importantly, it’s made me appreciate the many wonderful, extraordinary, unique and interesting experiences Chris and I continue to share as we travel around the world and back!
