Had my first photo taken of me at just a day old. I grew up in a house where there was an old family photo of my Grandmother taken as a child on the wall above the telly. Many years later I started doing my family history and inherited a matching one taken on the same day that another family member had.
Im never afraid to experiment with my images, whether it be with a lenz baby or cross processing. My images tend to be of the most simple things and more often than not, are as Ive seen them, with very little post processing.
I was ready for a challenge. We had just had a speaker at camera club, talk about his 365 day photography challenge. He had started his challenge, while still in Canada and was about to finish it at the end of his trip back to NZ to visit sick parents.
This was a bit of me. How hard could it be ? So I started the day before the change to day light saving. One month at a time was my goal.
Now the end is almost in sight. Perhaps a first birthday party for it.
