A Very Very Long Walk!

We drove to Seahouses today and had fish and chips in the Bamburgh Castle Inn. Then we went into the gift shop where I got a new hat and a purple windmill with white spots! It was windy today, so we watched it spin round and round. Mum says when we get home, it can live in the garden. We walked all the way from Seahouses to Bamburgh along the beach (about 3 miles). I did lots of it on my own again, but had to go on Dad's shoulders for bits, especially when we had to go up on to the road because there was a bit we couldn't cross. I got to see some ponies because of that though, so it was all good! The sand at Bamburgh is very good for drawing in. As well as writing my name, Mum and Dad drew Peppa, George and Mr Dinosaur for me! Grandpa and Grandma joined us today, but they left Millie the cat at home. I was very excited to see them.
