Els

Our friend Els was back in the UK and was passing through Waverley station en route to Newcastle having been visiting friends in Glasgow. I managed to meet up with her for an hour or so and we had a indefinable but delicious little meal (too late for breakfast and too early for lunch) in Valvona & Crolla. Dave missed her again due to having to sort out his bones; she's beginning to suspect that he's avoiding her, but sent him liefs en knuffels anyway, or words to that effect. ;-)

Thanks, Els, for being a nice blip for me - otherwise it would have been my cooking preparations, and it's only khitchri again!
