Happy St Pity's Day!

Mandy and I love books. When we heard about a Borders going out of business sale we absolutely had to attend...I don't think either of us anticipated spending two hours in the store though. I left with a CD for my father, a 'Roadside America' travel book, and 'The Lovely Bones'. Oh boy :)

Insert a pleasant dinner, jersey shore, basketball, traffic, a car low on gas, an open gas tank, the and the most delicious pizza ever here.

Then at approximately 1:30amish we drove passed a lonely little lost cute doggy on a busy road in Wantagh. Being the good citizens we are we had to stop and help it. It was a white bijon super cute and super delicious smelling. It had a collar but no tags =[. Much debate was held on what to do with it since ringing doorbells was not an option so late. Mandy decided to take the puppy home and ring some doorbells/call the pound in the morning.

This Morning: The dog has been returned to its owners who called the pound looing for it and happened to live right around the block from Mandy. That dog got some distance.

We are amazing people. That is all.

Hope everyone else had a lovely St Patrick's day. Especially you brother Pity!

"Each day, life will send you little windows of opportunity. Your destiny will ultimately be defined by how you respond to these windows of opportunity. Shrink from them and your life will be small, feel the fear and run to them anyway, and your life will be big. Life's just too short to play little."
