Wise Words!

I'm fast racing through my emergency Blip idea supply at the moment. This is one of them and it's the gable wall of a pub called The Garrick, in the centre of Belfast.

I haven't been able to find out the origin of the words but they seem particularly fitting given Ireland's recent history:

A nation that keeps one eye on the past is wise. A nation that keeps two eyes on the past is blind.
