Playing with the Big Boys!

Callum was fair erchie with himself this afternoon; his two big cousins, Sam and Fraser, came round for a wee visit and he had the time of his life tormenting Sam before they eventually flaked out on the sofa!

Sam was very patient with Callum, taking him out the back to play football and keeping careful watch over him as he scootered up and down the pavement outside the house. Fraser and Hannah decided they would take Lewis for a walk and disappeared for half an hour. I'm not sure where they ended up walking too but knowing that pair there would be much hilarity and talk of poo (dog poo, specifically).

We're very fortunate that our family are so close-by. When my sister and brother-in-law moved back up to the 'shire, I harboured secret hopes that they would move to the same village so the kids could all go to the same school but I guess five miles away is not too bad! It's ace watching the cousins growing up together and building their wee friendships - hopefully they will grow up to be as close to each other as their mums and dads are too.
