Beach Food - Coconuts

Another in my beach food series, this one however is a little more primitive than previous entries. The guy wielding the machete in this photo just harvested the wheelbarrow full of coconuts and was hauling them away when he was stopped by some locals. He cut open a half dozen before he was able to move on down the beach.
