Three pieced together!
had good news and bad news today. In fact, more than one piece of good news.
First. I won the lottery. Seriously. I won the lottery! The first ever Tuesday EuroMillions, and I checked my ticket today. Haven't decided what to buy yet. I might treat B to something. Nothing too much. Don't want to spoil her! She's not really allowed chocolates, but she can have that 70/80% Cocoa stuff! Wonder how many bars I can buy with £2.60?
Second, my replacement debit card arrived at last! That's kind of good news. It's bad news that it took so long, but at least it arrived inside of a month! If feels like it goods news anyway, because the real bad news, which you may have guessed already is....
...Yep...it's the wrong card! They've sent me the electronic version. Guess tomorrow I'll be having fun on the phone with a "computer says no" person again tomorrow. Look out Mr or Mrs or Miss Monotoned bank customer services person....because even before this mistake, tomorrow is one of those days on the calender that is preordained to be a bad day! So it's going to get a whole lot worse. For tonight, I'm going to chill. And all the bad stuff can be saved for one day. And this year, it is of course made worse by being a Friday. Not looking forward to the phone call to my Mum and Dad!
Today, it was a beautiful sunny afternoon and I fancied taking a photograph of my garden in all it's splendour. Trouble was, Dylan had been having a spot of fun! He'd left all the toys designed for dogs to chase, retrieve, play Tug o' War with and generally gnaw to pieces and decided to search out everything he could easily destroy and spit out in bubbles. Best place to do that is on our lawn. Sticks, plastic cups, sweet wrappers, Palm Tree leaves, an old lawn spray fitment (where did that come from?)...amongst many other objects. Although mad half hour was over, double the time would be required to bring the garden up to blip standards.
Instead, I decided upon 3 different shots. One of my Garden, one of Gussy and an SP, (although the SP is little more obscure, but nonetheless there.) So here is my triptych for you. Can you see the joins?
