Friday Fun

A really wonderful day today - First up & blip, Jeanne's class assembly. She was the star! But in typical Jeanne style she kept it under her hat! She had lots of lines and delivered them word perfect.

She is very confident on stage - I was so proud of her, real lump in the throat, beaming mum moment. Eve was in the audience of course and I know she was pleased as punch to see her big sis up there on stage!

Then I hotfooted it to Christies for another check up, everything fine thank goodness. Another test in the post but just routine to make sure everything is tickety-boo.

A lovely catch up lunch with one of my best friends - something we don't do enough but faithfully promised to do much more from now on.

Then Simon took me for a meal and treated me to a curl up on the sofa.
