MORE DUCKS

I think I have worked out that there are three "companies" of ducks which visit our "pond". I had already cleaned the patio of squits, and refreshed what is supposed to be the bird bath, after their daytime activities. This evening we then had a Mr and Mrs visit; then a Mr and Mrs and an unwelcome male, who nonetheless had his wicked way with the Mrs.

Mrs Garganey aka Mallard has not been seen for a couple of days so we are assuming she is doing the proper thing and sitting on eggs, or just flown off with Mr Atlas-Mallard.

Whatever, this couple look set in for the night; and I'll be washing the patio again tomorrow.

Crispy duck; orange sauce ....... nothing seems to work.
