What goes in...
I don't diet and never have, I've no idea how to count calories!
I do know that I'm pretty unhealthy right now though after a good few years of no exercise to speak of and a large hillock of comfort food.
This morning as my mid morning feast I embraced sliced apple, a Berocca and a pint of warm water. How far into the rest of the day will the junk start to infiltrate though?
