A Lazy Saturday for Carter...

While the rest of us have been up and moving since very eary on, Carter is still lounging around. Scott and I have both been up since around 5:30am and Jack left early to go to Grandmas house to help her plant her garden. Carter informed me last night that he had some shows he wanted to watch today...I should have known it meant it would be hard to get him up and moving today. Maybe he feels he needs a day of rest after his big Kindergarten Graduation yesterday?

Carter quickly nestled himself into our bed this morning to watch some of his shows and he hasn't budged since. What is it about mom and dads bed that kids always prefer? For years I have heard from my boys how my bed is more comfortable, my sheets are soft, my pillow is better etc. etc. I guess I can't complain too much as I was guilty of all the same when I was child. My sisters and I used to argue over who got to use "dads" pillow.

Since it's coming up on noon and I have a lot of errands to run so I suppose it's time to pry Carter away from the tv and my bed to get him ready to start the day. He sure looks comfy and cute in there though~
