Yum Yum!

Today I did something utterly selfish. Nothing to do with work. Nothing to do with the kids. Nothing to do with my husband. Something just for me.

I attended a cup cake workshop for a whole day. I thought I would feel really guilty and miss my family terribly, but I had the best time and learnt so much. Does that make me a bad Mum/Wife? Probably not, especially as my daughter has already scoffed one of the cakes!

I made everything that you can see in the picture - the cakes, the roses, all decorations and I coloured and embossed all the icing. It really was addictive as we worked through lunch by choice. I now need to go on a cake decoration equipment shopping spree. Can't wait!
