Cangrejos

Our recent rain has brought out all kinds of bugs and animals. Lately we have seen snakes, an iguana, insects galore, and an infestation of crabs. These little guys, and I assume gals, come skittering along the sidewalk in front of our patio. They are unable to climb up the little step from sidewalk to patio and end up falling off the other edge into the grass. Who knows where they go from there. These two were hanging out in one of the flower bed drains. It looks like the one in front is trying to defend their abode, shaking that one mighty claw.
