Drying out

The days are stretched out like the cat in the sun. Or little Agu as I found him in my bed in the middle of night. I guess that meant I had little sleep and needed two coffees to get me going.

I picked up some more papers from work and stopped for a blip next to Bendinat hotel. A salt water pool had dried up leaving its crystals behind.

Divided opinion on more swimming after tennis club meant I had to compromise. Lunch at home and a siesta, which left me feeling less than refreshed in the heat, and then a shorter swim in the early evening.

And now the towels are again stretched around the stairwell and the boys attempting to sleep in the half light there is before 10pm.
