Jet Stream Again :(

That darned jet stream has gone south again, turning the weather 'orrible. You can see here what the wind was doing to these branches. The lady across from us had a tree down in the night and we've had the sound of chain saws going on and off through the day.

G has now gone off to London to watch a concert with some friends, so she won't be back until tomorrow evening. I've been round the bookshops today trying to buy up all her set books for next year. Got most of those, and am working on the 'advised' reading list now.

Been working on my DIY lensbaby, so if it works when it's all together, I'll experiment with it in the next few days.
