DROPLET

I took this soon after 6am this morning. Now, at 9pm, the clematis frond has been snapped in the monsoon cloudbursts we have had this evening. We have also discovered that the down pipe from the flat roof on the garage has been blocked, probably since the flat roof was repaired. The lawn is no longer a fragrant pasture of clover but rather a paddy field. The garlic, which when planted had instructions to water well, has drowned. The back doormat is a sponge, and the cat looks very bedraggled having been caught "out" when he would have been best advised to be "in".
