Bars
Cages aren't always just metal bars enclosing a certain area. They can sometimes be the clothes on your back or the room that you're in. Just because it doesn't look like one, doesn't necessarily mean it isn't.
Needless to say, they are all around us; these cages. But without them, who knows where life would take us, or what limits we would break. Sometimes regulations are sent in place to find a common balance between insanity and order. Sometimes there are things in life that just are and can't be explained away.
Insanity is a funny thing. Again, not like "haha" funny, but still interesting. How is it that someone could end up in such a different place than everyone else? I question whether there really is a debate for nature vs. nurture and whether or not how someone is raised truly plays into the type of person they become.
Our cages are all around us. We do build some of them ourselves. Others are constructed by those who care and those who don't. The only job we have is to break through those cages when we can and find the freedom and opportunity that is waiting right outside those bars.
