Painting

Eldest child's friend (still here!) painting a pretty excellent horse. Spent the entire time they were painting panicking 'cause none of them had protective clothing on apart from smallest child.....turned out to be smallest child who actually got paint everywhere. Pretty excellent! Looking after five children 'cause the dad was under the impression that eldest child was spending the day at her friend's and consequently invited a friend round for middle child. Wasn't too bad apart from I had to cook two lunches 'cause I didn't have enough of one kind of food for six people.

In the evening I watched some fireworks by standing on the garden bench with the eldest kid, sharing dairy milk chocolate that the mum had bought me back from London. Was pretty awesome. Afterwards, went to meet A from the station, as she was spending her last night in Paris chez moi. Stayed up til about 2am chatting.
