Tristan's Toys

Tristan would not call these "toys." No, he would say, "Cars!"

He is completely captivated by these "characters." I think he has the entire collection. His cousin Ashly purchased them for him. So earlier today when we returned from San Diego, he had these 4-wheel entertainers on the round table in the family room and I thought it would be fun to see if my little cheapie camera could capture a decent shot.

Tristan's attention was sparked instantly when I started "messing" with his cars. So I gave him the camera. Immediately he was taking pictures . . . of everything . . . the toys, the carpet, the fireplace, the ceiling. It was delightful watching him have fun. I need to look for a kids camera. Surely there is such a thing.

Tristan is now at Aunt Dede's (our daughter's) home. He left here when Uncle John stopped here on his way home from work. We were certainly ready for "a breather." Tristan had been with us since dinner time Friday evening. We are tired.

"Quiet" has settled-in here and we are enjoying it immensely.
