Saturday Morning Hike

This was actually last Saturday's hike. Rich and I started at Discovery Bay and walked to Mui Wo which is around 5k which doesn't sound much but with steep inclines and heat its a whole different story! Rich is training to do a 40k night time trek called the Moontrekker in October, so he was going at a faster pace than me - the speed, the heat and the humidity just about finished me off! Anyway, I'll be having another go tomorrow morning so it mustn't have been that bad, or maybe i've just forgotten!

It's early evening and the kids have just had their friends Elliot and Isla for a playdate and tea - a big congratulations to them and their Mummy and Daddy - Ro and Nick, on the birth of their new baby girl Josie. xx
