Whooppeeeee it's Dillon!

Hee hee! This morning I went for a walk to show Grandad the lovely field and sea wall that I like to go to (and to sneak a quick dive bomb into the river!!) and guess who I saw??!!

Yes it is Dillon.....I LOVE Dillon. He is a Bassett Hound crossed with a Bull Mastif. I have mentioned him before on here. He is HUGE with short legs but he is the gentlest giant ever. He loves me. When we see each other across the field we run towards each other....mum said it is a bit like a slow motion film. Dillon looks up, spots me, then makes a dash towards me...slobber flying from his cheeks as he goes.

We dive into each other and Dillon lets me do WHATEVER I want to him. I pin him to the ground on his back, I put my whole head in his mouth, I chase him, I cuddle him, I hang on to his lips with my teeth, he is GREAT! I don't play with any other doggie like that!

I get covered in slobber and white Dillon hair but I really don't care. I think Marma and Grandad were AMAZED!

I was ever such a good girl though and came away when it was time to walk on. I was VERY tired though, Dillon play gives a girl a good workout and I am sure all that slobber is good for my coat.

Marma and Daddy cooked everyone a lovely roast lunch when we got back. Her and Daddy are super chefs in the kitchen. When it was time for them to clear up, they were scraping plates into the bin and a silly silly someone left the lid open......sooooo seeing my moment of opportunity I snuck past and stuck my nose in....hee hee, YUMMY.

Marma and Grandad have gone home now. Booo. That means I don't get to try and wrestle grandad anymore. I am not sure what it is about him that I find so irrestible. I am not quite so boisterous with anyone else!!

I am hoping that my last 2 days of boisterous behaviour have put me right back in with the boys again?? What do you think?!
