Chez Wasp

I've been given some rather vague directions for a clump of violet helleborines growing in a nearby wood that I've not visited before. I thought today's blip would feature them but before I set off I had to get something out of the attic. That's when I discovered this - and five more - huge wasps nests. Quick photo and then a rapid descent from the attic. I'll have to ponder what to do while I try to find those helleborines.
