Not our house
For various reasons today I ended up in someone else's house. Not with the person who owns it so it felt a bit like (and was) trespassing.
Apart from all that there was rushing crying children (child) to the childcare thingy. Then off to the MBH to check all was well with Mr B and the carpenters (ie roofers.rather than 70s singing folk).
Later there was some rushing back to collect predictably happy smiley non-crying children from the childcare thingy, then home to pretend to do some tidying before friends arriving. Later still (we're only at lunch so bear with me) there was wine, sword games (kids), rushing to the supermarket to see if Mr B had left my credit card there (first time I'd ever had to lend him it). Happily he had.
Later still still there seems to be wine and crisps and cheese. Hurrah.
