sunny Skye days....

... Stuart was up early this morning... he went up Bla Bheinn (Blaven)... - one of the Munroes.... we got a text at noon to say he'd reached the top & was about to make his way back down again... to which my cheerful teen pipes up... "it's on the descent that most accidents happen"... right that's it she's not getting to watch anything like "Touching the Void" again..... thanks for that Teegs!


we've had a quiet & relaxing time... catching starfish, hermit crabs & sea urchins... Teegan was even brave enough to touch the starfish...

3 hours later Stuart was home... he's been to the pub for the traditional well earned pint & looking a little tired & sunburnt he was safe back with us... even after the bringer of doom's words....

the sun was still scorching so we has a BBQ... then it all changed....

... the wind started to blow.......
