Lake Union Floating Market

I'd been wanting to go explore this floating market I'd read about so this afternoon I did! Here's a link about the floating market. It was such a gorgeous day to that was a bonus. I bought some corn and pear balsamic vinegar. We'll have something with these both tonight:) There were not too many displays of products on board and no crafts at all. I 'm hoping that this may have just been a fluke and that other times there are more displays. I think it's a great idea and hope that it stays "afloat"!

Earlier in the day I visited my dear friend Marilyn--recently turned 80--as she had fallen and cracked her kneecap. But she is so spirited and already wants to go off to a craft fair up north tomorrow. Another friend has rented a wheelchair and I'll pick up Marilyn and we'll meet her early and give it a go! Between her and I we are just the bees knees--whatever that means! Onward to Friday:)
